About Integrative Therapy
After a rewarding career as an environmental scientist, I expanded my biological expertise into the human realm. My passion for human movement and function and the intimate role it serves in our daily lives inspired my return to study and extend my capacity and knowledge to include Structural integration, remedial and sports massage therapy. For many years as a qualified Australian canoeing & kayak instructor I have helped individuals achieve their personal and fitness goals and now I enjoy applying the combined experiences of both fields.
Stillness In Motion..
Integrative Bodywork is part of the Stillness in Motion Group. My Stillness in Motion experience offers Structural Integration, Remedial & Sports therapy, Kahuna Bodywork, Counselling and IFS guided therapy and Sea kayak coaching and guiding!

A friendly clinic environment

My Philosophy
My approach is to apply the art of therapeutic touch to engage you in your own self-healing by expanding and refining your proprioceptive sense and options for movement.
Through my bodywork and coaching experiences I have come to understand the many benefits of increasing our body sense and the role it plays in every aspect of our lives - whether you’re training for a high level sporting event, coping with the strain of an office environment or recovering from injury.
I strongly believe that the essence of healing lies in an ability to listen, observe, and to perceive beyond the ability to apply technique. Applying good technique is one aspect of a great treatment, knowing what your body needs to reach your goal is what provides long-term value to any therapeutic treatment. I am trained in and apply a range of myofascial release techniques to restore movement and energy in your body.

SeaKayak Sydney
Natures Therapy
I also enjoy providing personal one-on-one kayak instruction and guiding through my Stillness in Motion ‘SeaKayak Sydney’ business. I operate mostly from Sydney's beautiful Middle Harbour.
SeaKayak Sydney is my way of sharing my joy for kayaking within the beauty of Sydney’s own natural outdoor clinic! Enhancing the lives of others within this restorative environment is the essence of Stillness in Motion. People come to explore themselves as they explore Sydney harbor and surrounds.
I’ve been lucky to have had some amazing ocean adventures including the first female solo crossing of Bass Strait by Kayak - both an indirect, multi-day crossing and a direct, non-stop crossing from Tasmania to Victoria.
